I've never paid them much attention, but decided to check out the new album "Transgender Dysphoria Blues" while NPR has it streaming. Reminds me a lot of early Manic Street Preachers, which is high praise from me.

Very solid straightforward rock album.

The narrative about Against Me! has changed. They went from being extremely solid punk band to essential listening after Laura Jane Grace transitioned.

Their albums and live shows continue to be excellent, and they've made a mark on the larger pop culture. They'll be in.

Joe, I've seen them twice. Great sets each time. Laura Jane can whup up on the guitar. Great act!

Phenomenal music all the way through

If they hadn't taken the Hiatus this would be guaranteed but now it remains to be seen

definitely worthy of an induction though
