Hits and sales are everything, that's why the Backstreet Boys should be a first ballot inductee, right hillbilly?

These guys are the trojan horse band. First them, then Public Enemy the year after them. The Hall will continue to snub progressive rock, blues rock, punk rock, arena rock, heavy metal and extreme forms of heavy metal like industrial, grind and death metal to put at least one rap act in every year.

They used to be hardcore punk, they have played almost any genre linked to rock & roll, they are real innovators.

Definitely deserved to be in there; one of the best rap acts there was.

The Ceremony Songs section should probably be updated to include Mix Master Mike as he did perform with the others at the ceremony.
