Eurythmics are a tough call but I would lean towards YES. For two people, they packed quite a punch musically. Sweet Dreams was a Classic 80's song as well as Here Comes The Rain Again.

They could sing & do any type of music. I like that they were successful as solo acts & as a group.Shows the talent of the 2 members.

Eurythmics were very interesting & unique. Very difficult to place in a nice box. Enjoy their music.Hope they get inducted someday. KING

Okay, now w/ more research I see Annie Lennox is not Eligible til 2017? But The Eurythmics have been Eligible since 2006. ... hmmm, I see, said the blind man to the deaf man ... so evidently Annie is being saved to go into RRHOF as a soloist. Makes sense (cents?) I guess.

Pure genius. Hers, is one of the most powerful female voices in music, and his experimental production still influences today. Majorly influential, innovative, sonically inventive continually drawing inspiration from many influences. They crossed over from New Wave into pure pop, folk, rock, r&b/ Soul, early electronica (Savage is a gem), never losing that distinct magic that made them instantly recognizable. Brilliant pioneers of the video revolution who used the power of the image to transform their music into true art, often making statements to challenge the establishment and the viewer. Talent aside, they have both worked tirelessly in their humanitarian efforts - using their gifts to foster a message of peace & love in the world. Their influence continues to inspire new generations of listeners and artists, and they are both significantly successful in their solo careers.

I love the Eurythmics so much.
They should be in the hall of fame

Eurythmics should be in.. many hits, and they (along with Pet Shop Boys) lead the sub-genre of 80's synth pop duos.. though they went beyond that . Dave is still an in-demand producer, and Annie is one of the great voices to emerge in the 1980's.

I say yes, it's about time they were given some serious consideration. One of the most innovative groups of the 80s. Annie Lennox is one of the all time great female voices.
