Garbage's first two Albums are definitive albums of the 90s and they stand out because rock radio really was not playing many female fronted bands or females for that matter. I don't think they are appreciated now for they've accomplished over the years. Plus Live they a simply divine. I think they deserve to in but don't that they have a lot of wide support in Hall Hole should be in too but has never even been nominated

I really like this band, but they need more quality product to have any kind of chance. Right now, they have no shot, IMO.

Shirley & the boys need another killer album or two & they need to tour extensively (when the tour scene resumes).

Garbage was and is one of the bast bands from the nineties. Ms. Manson has a unique voice which stands out over all the other female singers. The backing boys play solid music and are very different sounding behind her. The Rock N' Roll Hall have passed by many great bands and Garbage will probably be passed over but I think they should be in on the first try.

I am just now getting into the library of Garbage and they are MOST impressive. As a musician I am totally in awe over the what the boys play. It is just so inventive. There is nothing like Shirley. She is simply fantastic. I recently had the pleasure to see Garbage live and I was BLOWED away. They have SO many wonderful songs I can watch them live for hours LOL. So do they deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? The Hall of Fame would be fools NOT to deduct Garbage!!!

Shirley Manson has already given induction speeches for others like The Pretenders so it would seems as though the Inner Party thinks well enough of her and Garbage. I predict Garbage gets in by 2030 latest.
